We like to keep things simple here, so you can return any of our products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please be aware that for returns of unopened product, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We kindly ask you to consider this before initiating a return.

Making changes to your order
We work quickly to fulfil your orders. Unfortunately, this means your order can’t be amended. This includes swapping products and changing payment methods.
Additionally, we are not able to guarantee being able to cancel your order for you, however we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
